ARF SEPA foster homes are the key to saving lives. Fostering provides much-needed shelter and socialization for rescued pets. Since ARF SEPA utilizes a foster home network instead of operating a traditional shelter building, our overhead costs are very low. This allow us to spend our funding directly on veterinary care, adoption promotion and spay/neuter programs. ARF SEPA pays for all veterinary care for foster pets. We also provide support and behavioral training if needed. Foster families provide food, a warm bed and lots of hugs. While it's hard to say good-bye to foster pet on adoption day, the joy of knowing you directly helped save a life makes it all worth it. Our ARF SEPA foster families open their hearts and homes to save hundreds of homeless pets each year.
