ARF SEPA holds free spay/neuter clinics in areas identified to have numbers of strays (especially cats) brought to area public shelters. We use grass roots efforts and team with our partners at The Spayed Club, Forgotten Cats, Cats With No Name and Delaware County Animal Control to get the word out in specific communities about the availability at these clinics. If you like to obtain a certificate from a low-cost spay/neuter organization, please contact: The Spayed Club www.thespayedclub.org please note that The Spayed Club will ask for income information before approving any low-cost spay/neuter application.
