Home 4 the Holidays is a national adoption event that encourages the public to think adoption first when getting a pet during the holiday season. No one wants to think of their best friend waking up behind bars on Christmas or New Year's morning. Home 4 the Holidays' goal is that someday no pet will have to wake up on a cold, hard shelter floor when they could be living with a loving family instead. ARF SEPA rescues pets from area public shelters and SPCAs that must euthanize when full, but we need your help in the last step of getting them adopted into permanent forever homes.

ARF SEPA is pleased to announce our Home 4 the Holidays Adoption Center that's open throughout December 2006 and into January 2007! The center is located at 300 Baltimore Pike in Media (this is the former location of Benjamin Moore paints and Gov. Rendell's re-election headquarters, and it's at the corner of Baltimore and Radnor in the heart of Media). Home 4 the Holidays will be open from December 1st through January 10th. You can come and meet cats, dogs and rabbits that are available for adoption, plus we'll also have merchandise for sale that would make a great gift for your special someone. You can also make a donation to help ARF SEPA pay for veterinary care for rescued pets (our monthly vet bills are $5000 - $7000), or to pay our utility bill (Media Real Estate has donated the retail space rent-free, however we need to pay utilities and our utility bill for such a large space will be more than $1500!).
